Tom Fox (Elder)
Tom Fox was raised in Charleroi, Pennsylvania, and has lived in Maryland since 1979. During his four decades at Belcroft Bible Church, Tom has undertaken various leadership roles. Tom presently is the elder overseeing Discipleship and Counseling and also assisting the elder overseeing Missions. In 2021, Tom endured the loss of Barbara, his wife of thirty years, to kidney failure. Nevertheless, he persevered in his commitment to his ministry at church and Open Air Campaigners, USA (OACUSA) while also completing his Ph.D. at Capital Seminary & Graduate School in 2023. He devotes his efforts as a missionary and Personnel Development Director for OACUSA while fulfilling duties as the North America-Caribbean Zone Director for OAC International. Furthermore, Tom holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at Lancaster Bible College-DC Campus and Indian Bible College in Flagstaff, Arizona. His teaching portfolio includes Evangelism, Biblical Counseling, and Social Sciences.
This year brings a promising new phase to Tom’s journey as he looks forward to his marriage to Carmen Pelham of Front Royal, Virginia. Carmen will join Tom in his counseling ministry and partner with him in his missionary endeavors with OACUSA.
