Open Air Campaigners (OAC) is an evangelistic ministry of preaching the gospel to lost people and mobilizing the body of Christ to do the same, primarily through effective open air outreach. Tom is a member of the OACUSA Management Team overseeing the recruitment and training of staff across the United States. Tom also handles logistics for staff candidate school and staff conferences in addition to being the North America/Caribbean Zone Director for OAC International.
