FCA seeks to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. The Naval Academy places young officers into the ranks of the Navy and Marine Corp where they go on to lead throughout the world. Brian not only seeks to disciple a handful of Midshipmen on a weekly basis, but also teaches a larger group of athletes every Tuesday evening and a group of coaches twice a month. Since becoming the director of FCA at the Academy in 2022, Brian is seeking to increase the capacity for even more discipleship to occur with the coaches and athletes, through developing a support board, growing volunteers and identifying others who God raises up for the ministry.

- That the Word will be faithfully proclaimed throughout all pieces of the ministry.
- That God would raise up other ministry partners who could help increase the capacity for discipleship to take place on the Yard.
- That the hearts of many more coaches and athletes would be open to the truth of God's Word.
