Men's Fall Retreat

Camp Wabanna Retreat Center

The men's fall retreat begins on Friday, November 3rd at 7pm. Friday evening will consist of praise and worship, the first of three teaching sessions and a group activity period. Saturday's itinerary consists of two more praise and worship sessions, two additional teaching sessions and additional activity periods. We will conclude our time together with an elder-led concert of prayer. Included are three meals on Saturday; breakfast, lunch and dinner. 
The price for all adults is $100. All are welcome to stay overnight in one of the dorms. Children from 6th through 12th grade are welcome. The price for the first child is $50. Each additional child is free.

Lance Quinn serves on the Pastoral Team at Grace Immanuel Bible Church in Jupiter, Florida as the Vice-President of The Expositors Seminary. He has been in continuous vocational ministry for over 35 years, including 25 years as Senior Pastor of two churches in both Arkansas and California. He is also a board member and fellow of ACBC (Association of Certified Biblical Counselors). Additionally, he has written or contributed to several books, including The Five Points of Calvinism: Defined, Defended and Documented and most recently wrote God the Preacher and Apologist: The Essential Relationship Between Presuppositional Apologetics and Expository Preaching. He and his late wife, Beth, have eight adult children and a growing number of grandchildren.

Established in 1941, Wabanna Camp and Retreat Center is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian ministry located in Edgewater, Maryland, on a 23-acre point where the Rhode and West Rivers converge into the Chesapeake Bay. Wabanna’s ministry encompasses two primary methods of outreach: a summer Residential and Day Camp for boys and girls and a Retreat Center ministry which operates through the fall, winter and spring.

Throughout the years, Wabanna has sought to glorify the Lord by using all facets of its ministry to point to the saving love of Jesus Christ and to proclaim the truth of God’s perfect Word.
